With each plan, you get access to three included services:
Searches - Our core offering. We will research the active duty status of a vehicle’s owners and provide certificates indicating that status. Each plan comes with a certain number of included searches.
SCRA Waivers - If we determine an owner is active duty, we will attempt to locate them and solicit an SCRA waiver which releases their interest in the vehicle, allowing you to get the vehicle off your lot. We have a team of experts who know how to approach that activity with tact and respect.
Recheck Certificates - If we find an owner is on active duty but cannot solicit an SCRA waiver, we will continually check the active duty status of that owner. If we find that they are no longer active, we’ll let you know and provide you with an updated certificate for a flat fee.
